CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 88(FIN) was before the Senate on                        
reconsideration.                                                               
                                                                               
Senator Pearce moved and asked unanimous consent that the                      
reconsideration on CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 88(FIN) be held to                   
the April 28 calendar.  Senator Duncan objected.                               
                                                                               
The question being:  "Shall the reconsideration on CS FOR SENATE               
BILL NO. 88(FIN) be held to the April 28 calendar?"  The roll was
